look A LOT different then when he was first made Pope?
I mean, before he had dark bags under his eyes and I just saw him at the stations of the cross on TV and he looks very different.
Did he have something done?

Would he have Diplomatic Immunity. I.E. wearing his pectoral crucifixs and other symbols of Christianity.

Hello, I found a photo in a old bible I had got at a estate sale. It is REAL and done in blue ink, dated 1983. The woman was 93 who I got this from. It says more then just his name but in another language at the top. It is in great shape and thew photo is of him wearing red with the big hat and holding a tall cross silver in color.
Any idea on what this is worth or should I toss it to the side?
Thanks in advance,

either before or after he became pope.
one of the priests at my brother’s college was once a student of Josef Ratzinger’s and now gets special audiences w/ the pope. He[the pope] always asks how Ave Maria University is doing, even though it’s an extemely small college (400-500) students.

Despite his ripe old age of 81, Pope Benedict XVI demonstrated on Monday that he is still flexible enough to reach his foot all the way up to his mouth by saying that the world’s financial systems are “built on sand.”
The Pope said “We are now seeing, in the collapse of major banks, that money vanishes, it is nothing. All these things that appear to be real are in fact secondary. Only God’s words are a solid reality.”
It is surprising that the pope takes this stance, because the Roman Catholic Church seems to think that money is definitely [...] Continue Reading…

Isn’t it time for the European Pope to marry a woman and make the Catholic Church stronger? Look at the USA.
Where would the USA be if George Bush, Sr. had not married a woman (not a man) so the child could be George Bush, Jr. – the current president of the United States? Where would the Crystal Cathedral of California be today if Robert Schuller, Sr. had not had a son called Robert Schuller, Jr.
Isn’t there a moral obligation from the Bible for the Pope to preserve his genes through human marriage (to a woman, not [...] Continue Reading…

My thoughts at this time to the dear people of Pakistan, recently hit by severe flooding, which caused many casulties and left many families homeless. As I entrust to the merciful goodness of God all those who are tragically gone, I express my spiritual closeness to their families and all who suffer because of this disaster. Our solidarity and the concrete support of the international community mu…

Pope Benedict XVI recalled Pope Pius X during his weekly general audience on Wednesday. He said St. Pius X taught us all that the basis of our apostolic activity in the various fields in which we operate, must always be an intimate personal union with Christ, which grows and increases day by day. The Pope mentioned the motto of the saint’s pontificate, “To Renew All Things in Christ”, and pointed…

Catholicism is not Christian. Catholicism teaches a false gospel of works that leads to eternal torment in hell (Galatians 1:6-9)
And by the way, what new gospel is it that Catholics are preaching? The book of Chathormon? (get it?? cause catholic + mormon…???)
LOOOOOOOOOL!!!
“The “pope” is in hell if he trusted in works and not Jesus alone, and “Mother” Teresa is in hell if she trusted in catholicism and not in Jesus alone”
But they got baptized and preached the word just as Jesus said!
“Yes he tells that to us Catholics & Mormons everyday. We just LOL
”
Ummm, I’m sorry, but Catholicism [...] Continue Reading…

If he knows of the slaughter and destruction caused by the Crusaders in the 13th century, why would he use a quote by a 14th-century Byzantine emperor calling Islam “evil and inhuman.” The Arabs haven’t forgotten — how on earth could the Pope have “forgotten?”
I’d call it a case of “the pot calling the kettle black.”
Diaboyos: The Roman Catholic Church also has a history of “convert or die.” It began with the Crusaders’ swords and moved on to burning and torture.
Diayobos again: My point exactly! He quoted a Christian in Dark Ages denouncing Islam. [...] Continue Reading…

Besides I had visited the Vatican twice, though I’m not a catholic and seen no indication of cannibal priests, not even in the paintings and art in the Sixtine Chapel.

If yes, would it be because of the use of the Occult, or because he’d be shaking & sliding all over the place?
Just wondering.

What about the visits by 2 previous popes,Paul the 6th and John Paul #2?
Were those visits mainly to help spread the gospel message in this country and all the other countries that any of those popes visited?
Or,were they mainly to see how well the Catholic church is doing in all the countries that it’s in?
I don’t know about anyone else, but, this isn’t something that I’ve heard the mainstream media really address.
