If you could give some links with your answer that would be great, so I could read up on it a little more.
Like how the vatican issues new sins and “10 commandments” for drivers. I just wonder how often they give these new rules.

He assured them and their families of his constant prayer in the hope of a happy conclusion to the work that’s being done to rescue them. The 33 Chilean miners have been trapped for more than 20 days 700 meters below ground. The Holy Father also recalled that on…

Pope John Paul II said that only men could ordained, and that it is impossible for a women to become a Priest.

So what if tomorrow the Pope made a public statement saying that God told him that women could indeed become Priests?

What would happen?

Would the Pope be overruled by the Cardinals or something like that?

“Every one of us should have a saint that is familiar, close with prayer and intercession, but also to imitate him.” With reassuring words, Benedict XVI has again indicated the example saints, in order to discover the joy that never disappoints — the love that speaks in silence. “Sometimes you have a sort of fear of recollection – said the Pope during the general catechesis dell”udienza – often…

Mary Queen of Peace, pray for us: Those were Pope Benedict XVI’s words to the faithful, on Sunday, before reciting the Angelus prayer. The Pope noted that Sunday’s liturgy, eight days after the feast of the Assumption, makes us venerate the Virgin under the title of Queen, because – he explained – Mary is the first that passed through the “Road” opened by Christ leading to the Kingdom of God, a wa…

Isn’t it time for the European Pope to marry a woman and make the Catholic Church stronger? Look at the USA.
Where would the USA be if George Bush, Sr. had not married a woman (not a man) so the child could be George Bush, Jr. – the current president of the United States? Where would the Crystal Cathedral of California be today if Robert Schuller, Sr. had not had a son called Robert Schuller, Jr.

Isn’t there a moral obligation from the Bible for the Pope to preserve his genes through human marriage (to a woman, not a man)?

In fact, if the Pope of Europe does not marry a woman, is he doing grave harm to the Church and in danger of eternal damnation for not doing the right thing?

Pope Benedict XVI recalled Pope Pius X during his weekly general audience on Wednesday. He said St. Pius X taught us all that the basis of our apostolic activity in the various fields in which we operate, must always be an intimate personal union with Christ, which grows and increases day by day. The Pope mentioned the motto of the saint’s pontificate, “To Renew All Things in Christ”, and pointed…

What about the visits by 2 previous popes,Paul the 6th and John Paul #2?

Were those visits mainly to help spread the gospel message in this country and all the other countries that any of those popes visited?

Or,were they mainly to see how well the Catholic church is doing in all the countries that it’s in?

I don’t know about anyone else, but, this isn’t something that I’ve heard the mainstream media really address.
