Specifically he is referring to the resurrection here, this seems like the resurrection redefined by the guy at the top of the Catholic hierarchy.

I was surprised that the Pope to succeed Pope John Paul II could come from Germany. I was expecting that the new Pope was going to come from Italy. Although I do not have viewpoint about Benedict XVI, I am kind of happy that the Benedict XVI comes from the same country (Germany) as one of my friends from college last year comes from the same country as Benedict XVI.
