in order to touch and bless he would have had to have dominicae, so about the others i do not know. I’m sure a devout catholic will weigh in with the right answer for you.
I don’t think he ever was a member of an order. Most priests are not, btw.
Religious orders are for monks and nuns and some lay members. A priest may or may not also be a monk, but most aren’t. It’s not the same thing.
